摘 要:目的:研究氧化锆粉体粒度与材料增韧补强效果之间的关系。方法:在氟硅云母玻璃粉中添加等量但不同粉体粒度的氧化锆(粒径分别为50 nm和10μm),制备氧化锆质量百分数为25的复合粉体,经冷等静压成型后遵循烧结热制度进行烧结,用扫描电镜观察其显微结构,X线衍射确定物象组成及含量,测定样本的抗弯强度和断裂韧性。以未添加氧化锆的氟硅云母玻璃烧结体为对照。结果:添加等量、不同粒度ZrO2(纳米组和微米组)的氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷复合材料,其中纳米组增韧增强效果最明显,抗弯强度达到(224.8±9.30)MPa,断裂韧性达到(2.54±0.10)MPa.m1/2。结论:纳米氧化锆粉体制备的复合材料抗弯曲强度和断裂韧性都显著高于微米氧化锆粉体制备的复合材料。AIM : To evaluate the effects of particle size of zirconia on mechanical properties and microstructure of fluorosilicic mica glass - ceramics composites. METHODS : Two kinds of girconia powders ( particle size with 50 nanometer and 10 micron)with 2 5 % were respectively added to the powder of fluorosilicic mica glass. The blanks did not contain zirconia. Microstrueture and crystalline phase composition were analyzed by SEM and XRD apparatus. Flexural strength and fracture toughness were compared. RESULTS: The flexural strength and fracture toughness of specimens fabricated by nano - powder were : ( 224.8 ± 9.30 ) MPa and ( 2.54 ± 0. 10 ) MPa. m^1/2. CONCLUSION : The addition of nana - size powder of zirconia of fluorosilicic mica glass - ceramics composites showed much higher flexural strength and fracture toughness than micro powder.
