摘　　要：医事法学专业课程体系的构建在医事法学专业独立和发展以及医事法律人才培养中居于中心地位。医事法学专业课程体系的构建应遵循充分体现专业性质、旨在实现医事法学人才培养目标、凸显医学与法学"交叉性"三个特有原则。医事法学专业课程体系应是一个系统、动态、开放的体系。The construction of the course system for medical science of law is playing a central role in the development and independence of medical law as well as the training of medical law professionals. The construction of the course system for medical science of law should follow the three unique principles： fully reflecting the nature of profession, aiming at achieving the objectives of medical law professional training, and highlighting the ＂cross＂ of medicine and law. Professional course system of medical law should be a systemic,dynamic and open system.
