摘  要:目的 探讨细胞凋亡相关基因bcl-2,bax在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其相关性和在膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级和临床分期中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测膀胱移行细胞癌标本58例,正常膀胱粘膜15例中bcl-2,bax的表达情况。结果Bcl-2在膀胱癌组织中高表达,bax在正常膀胱粘膜组织中高表达,bcl-2的表达与膀胱癌病理分级和临床分期均呈正相关性而bax的表达与两者均无相关性。结论Bcl-2基因蛋白表达增强及bax基因蛋白表达下降在膀胱癌的发生中起到重要作用,bcl-2基因蛋白的表达程度可以作为临床判断膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度和预后的较为可靠的指标。Objective To investigate the correlation of bcl-2/bax protein and significance in pathological grading or clinical staging of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Methods hnmunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 and bax in 58 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and 15 cases of normal bladder mucosa tissue. Results High expression of bcl-2 was detected in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder but highly expressed bax was found in normal bladder mucosa tissue. In the development of TCC, the expression of bcl-2 was positively correlated to pathology grade and tumor invasion. As for bax protein, neither pathology grade nor tumor invasion was related to its expression. Conclusion The increased expression of bcl-2 protein and the decreased expression of bax protein play an important role in occurrence of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Bel-2 can be considered as a reliable index of clinical judgment to malignant degree and prognosis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
