摘　　要：为探讨白内障超声乳化术治疗效果和手术技巧，采用超声乳化术治疗１０４眼白内障，其中１０２眼同期植入人工晶体。６４眼作了术前和术后１周角膜地形图对比检查。结果术后１周裸眼视力≥０５者，８５眼占８１７％。７项角膜地形图分析指标均表明，术后角膜屈光指数与术前相比，差异无显著性。To investigate the results of phacoemulsification for cataract and surgery skills.104 eyes underwent the Phacoemulsification and IOLs were implanted in 102 eyes.64 eyes had the examinations of corneal topography preoperatively and post operatively.Results 1 week after phaco,the naked visual acuity of 85 eyes(81 7%) was more than 0 5.preop and postop seven indexes of topograph examination indicated no significent difference of corneal refractive power.
