大视杯者视觉运动觉与视野的对照研究

摘　　要：对眼底杯盘比大于０５者３１例（５８眼），进行视觉运动觉检查，以检查视功能损害情况。同时应用Ｈｕｍｐｈｒｅｙ视野２４°－２或３０°－２程序检查进行对照。结果显示，二者的异常检出率分别是６３７９％、４３１０％，其间的异常检出率明显相关，且具有显著性的差异（Ｐ＜００５）。从而表明，对大视杯者，视觉运动觉检查较Ｈｕｍｐｈｒｅｙ视野检查，更能早期的反映视神经功能的损害。31 cases(58 eyes)with C/D >0 5 were tested by Motion Perception and Humphrey visual field methods.Their abnormal ratios were 63 79% and 43 10% respectively,the difference between them was significant(P<0 05).It has showed that Motion Perception test is earlier and more accuract than visual field test in diagnosing visual function damaging.
