近视PRK术后眼压减低的临床观察

摘　　要：对准分于激光光学屈光性角膜切削术（PRK）术后随访1年以上的病例，观察和统计分析术后眼压测量值减低的情况。随机抽样156眼，平均年龄30．28．65岁，术前平均眼压2．37kPa，按等值球镜屈光度分为3组统计分析术后眼压。PRK术后1年时平均眼压1．45kPa，较术前减低了0．92kPa有统计学意义。PRK手术后眼压测量值较术前明显减低，在术后6月后趋于稳定。术后1年时眼压测量值与术前近视屈光度成反比关系。To observe and analyse the circumstances of decrease in IOP of 156 eyes after PRK on myopia that were followed-up for more than one year. The Patients' mean age was 30. 2 + 8.56 years. Preoperative mean IOP was 2.37 kPa.The 156 eyes was devided into 3 groups according to their diopter. The decrease in postoperative IOP has statisti cally significance as compared with preoperative IOP. Postoperative av erage IOP reduced 0.92 kPa at 12 months. Postoperative IOP was de crease and more stable after 6 month, and inverse Proportion to preoper ative refraction of myopia at 12 months.
