准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术手术前后泪液免疫球蛋白的测定分析

摘　　要：为了解准分子激光光学屈光性角膜切削术（PRK）术后眼部免疫功能的变化，测定了36人（72眼）PRK手术前及术后第1、3、6、15天时的泪液免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG和IgM的含量。结果发现：术后最初3天，3种免疫球蛋白含量普遍降低，以IgA最为明显（P＜0．05）。至术后6天时IgG，IgM的含量接近术前水平，而IgA则高出术前水平。至半月时，IgA含量仍高于术前（P＜0．01）。术前和术后男女间相比Ig含量均无显著差异。（P＞0．05）。To understand the change of immune function in eyes after excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy(PRK), the level of IgA IgG and IgM in tear of 36 patients (72 eyes) were determined at pre-operation and first ,third sixth and fifteenth postoperative day. The results showed that after operation 1 day 3 days,the levels of Ig in tear were lower than that of pre-operation To 6 daya,the leve of , IgG IgM had not significant differ ence (P>0.05) befor and after operation ,but the IgA obviously raised up and remained at higher leve untill 15 dsys(P < 0.01) The Ig levels of Pre-operation and postoperation had no significant difference between male and female (P >0.05).
