注射用薏苡仁油联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察注射用薏苡仁油联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床研究。方法将60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组用注射用薏苡仁油+NP方案化疗;对照组单纯用NP方案化疗,2组均治疗2个周期,治疗后观察2组的原发病灶、临床症状、生活质量、不良反应、免疫功能变化。结果治疗组有效率明显较对照组高,临床症状、生活质量、不良反应、免疫功能均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论注射用薏苡仁油联合NP化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者可提高疗效,减轻不良反应,改善临床症状,提高生活质量,提高免疫功能。Objective To observe the clinical advancede non- small cell lung cancer. study Kanglaite zhusheye combined with NP in the treatment of Methods Sixty NSCLC patients were divided into combining group and control group. The combining group were treated by NP combined with Kanglaite zhusheye, and control group were treated with NP alone. Compared with matched patients in the treatment group, control group change in the primary tumor control, clinical symptom improvement, quality of life improvement, immunity function improvement, and the decrease of reaction for the chemotherapy were observed. Results Compared with matched patients in the control group, the clinical response rates were similar in two groups, while clinical symptom improvement, quality of life improvement, immunity function improvement, and the decrease of reaction for the chemotherapy were significantly superior in the treatment gruop （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Kanglaite zhusheye combined with NP in the treatment of advancede non-small cell lung cancer can improve the officacy, decrease adverse reaction, and improve clinical symptoms, quality of life improvement, and immunity function.
