浅谈应届本科护士综合素质培养

摘　　要：护理学是一门应用性、实践性很强的学科，对刚毕业1-2年的本科生，前期的规范性培训显得尤为重要。应建立一个有利于培养综合素质与能力的模式，具体措施包括：重视岗前教育，充实岗前教育的内容，制订完善的科室轮转计划，护理部为应届本科生创建一个能施展个人才华的平台，护理教研室对整个过程实施监控。通过3年的培养，本科生的综合素质得到较大提高，在较短时间内适应从护生到护理工作者的角色转变。从而提升了临床护理与教学科研能力。为医院护理管理、护理教学贮备了高级护理人才。It is important that we held 1 to 2 years of standardization training for university graduated nurses, because nursing is a ap- plied and practice science. We established a model for training these nurses in comprehensive abilities, including that pre clinical education, setting up a sound department rotate plan,creating platform where university graduated nurses can display their individual talents, and nursing department must monitor the implementation of the whole process. Through three years of training, university graduated nutses have improved their comprehensive abilities,besides adapted to the changing from a nursing student to a care worker.
