摘　　要：目的:探讨如何带教4号性格的学生。方法:针对4号性格学生特点,因人施教。结果:学生在实习的中后期能够有效地控制情绪波动,较好地完成各项学习任务。结论:了解学生的性格特点,有利于更好地完成临床护理带教工作。Objective：To investigate how to teaching the students of Type Four character. Methods：For personal character,the person teaching. Results： In the latter part of practice, students can be effectively to control their emotions, and better to complete the task of learning. Conclusion：Understand your students character, will contribute to better accomplish clinical care with the work.
