摘　　要：文章阐述了土地的产权即所有权和经营权,演变为剩余价值索取权和经营控制权的过程,根据格罗思曼.哈特莫尔的研究,阐述剩余价值索取权和经营控制权对称对农村土地经济的影响,并且把土地所有权划分为土地经济所有权和土地政治所有权以及它们的关系;同时将土地"二权"关系量化为数学模型,进行实证分析,检验文章阐述农村经济发展的一般规律。The paper tells the process that property of land ,including its properietary and authority of management , has developed demanding power of surplus value and controling power of management. It says that symmetry of the ones affects land economy of rural area on the basis of Hartmar＇ s theory of the completenessless lease , and makes property of land divide the economical property and the political property of land , expounding relation of them , at the same time ,it also translated property of the one into model of mathematics to prove theory of the one correcet or not according to the positive method.
