摘　　要：文章对已有的技术进步促进经济增长问题的研究方法进行了评述,指出了已有的经济增长问题研究方法的局限性。文章指出,在研究经济增长问题时,不应把眼光和精力放在测算技术进步对经济增长的贡献上,而应研究各因素之间的关系、交互作用及其对经济增长的影响。提出上述观点和方法的目的是使经济效益最大,而不是使经济增长最大,更不是为了将技术进步从经济增长中分离出来。按照上述观点,文章提出了相应的研究经济增长问题的新思路,并且提出了为了研究各因素之间的关系、交互作用及其对经济增长的影响,应运用正交设计法。This paper commentated on the present economic growth research method, and pointed out its limitation. It is proposed that we should not only places the judgment and the energy on the contribution of technological advances in reckoning to the economy growth, but also should on the interaction among the factors of economy growth and their influence to economy growth. The purpose of the new method is not to maximize economy growth or to separate the contribution of technological advances, but to maximize the economic efficiency. This paper applies orthogonal design to study the interaction between factors of economy growth and their influences to economy growth, and then provide a new method to research the economic growth.
