摘 要:试验表明,远红外线加热对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭效果优于电加热者。其杀菌效果因柜内部位、物品装量、电压的变化而异;对不锈钢、玻璃、布等表面消毒效果无明显差别。在相对湿度为70%~80%时,再增湿与否,对其杀菌效果无明显影响。he bactericidal efficacy of far infrared rays of a 50 L far infrared disinfector and its influencing factors were observed experimentally. One far infrared rays tube each is installed on the floor and center of posterior wall of the disinfector.The results indicated that in the far infrared disinfector, the temperature of which can be increased to a maximum of 168℃, the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger on surface of stainless steel plate was 9977% which was higher than the killing rate (8750%) caused by electric heat of same temperature. The bactericidal efficacy of this far infrared disinfector varied with different locations in the disinfector, size of load and voltage. The killing rates of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on surfaces of stainless steel, glass and cloth had no significant difference. No significant influence on bactericidal efficacy was observed when the relative humidity was increased to above 70%~80%.
