摘 要:经检测,细菌经氮酮作用后,对受抑制作用的金黄色葡萄球菌与枯草杆菌,菌体内多种酶大量外漏,对不受抑制作用的大肠杆菌则无此现象。扫描电镜下看到,受抑制菌体结构破坏,从而表明抑制作用主要因菌体外壁破坏,体内酶外漏所致。t had been reported previously that azone had inhibitory effect on Gram-positive bacteria but not on Gramnegative bacteria. The bacteriostatic mechanism of azone was studied by means of methods such as examination of leakage of enzyme of bacterial cell and scanning electronmicroscopic observation of changes in bacterial morphology.The results showed that after exposure to azone, a number of intracellular enzymes of Grampositive Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis leaked out tremendously, while no obvious leakage was observed in Gramnegative Escherichia coli. Observation under scanning electronmicroscope revealed that after exposure to azone, the structure of bacterial cells of Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis was destroyed, the cells collapsed, the bacteria fused into clumps, swelled and blurred. The experiment indicates that the bacteriostatic action of azone is mainly due to destruction of bacterial cell wall and leakage of intracellular enzymes of bacteria.Y
