摘 要:目的探讨Root ZX电侧仪测量牙齿根管工作长度的临床准确性。方法应用Root ZX对102例113颗牙齿的208个根管进行工作长度测量及预备后插入主尖拍摄X-线片,核实并评价RootZX的准确性。结果Root ZX的准确率与牙位、年龄和牙髓状态无关,在活髓牙和死髓牙的准确率分别为93.18%、90%,二者的准确率差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);但与死髓牙相比,活髓牙根管工作长度测量值与实际值之差的平均值(即WL测-WL实的平均值)偏小。结论Root ZX根管长度电测仪临床准确率较高,可减少X-线摄入量,满足临床应用要求。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of working length determined by Root ZX apex locator alone in clinical practice. Methods 102 patients with 208 canals were recruited. Working length of 208 canals was determined by Root ZX alone. After preparatation canals, radiographs with standardized master cone were taken. Real working length were figured out and estimated Root ZX instrument veracity. Results An accurate rate of vital canals and non - vital canals was 93.18% and 90% respectively. There was no statistically difference in tooth station, age and position. The mean distance of WL - WL was shorter in vital canals than that in non - vital canals. Conclusion Root ZX is useful and reliable to detemine working length of canals, as well as can prevent the need for further diagnostic radiographs.
