摘  要:目的分析青蒿挥发油的主要化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从青蒿中提取挥发油。用气相色谱-质谱联用法对其化学成分进行鉴定,用归一法计算各组分的相对百分含量。结果分离得51个化学组分峰,并确定出其中43个化学成分,占挥发油总数的98.9%。结论青蒿挥发油主要成分为甜没药萜醇(Bisabolol,23.47%)、甜没药萜醇氧化物B(Bisabolol oxide B,11.31%)、甜没药萜醇氧化物A(Bisabolol oxide A,6.27%)、反-橙花叔醇(Trans-Nerolidol,10.04%)等。Objective To.analyze chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Artemisia annua L. Methods The volatile oil was extracted from Artemisia annua L. by steam distillation. The components of the volatile oil were separated and identified by GC - MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results Fifty - one kinds of components were separated. Among them, forty - three components were identified, accounting about 98.9% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion The main components in the volatile oil of Artemisia annua L. are Bisabolol (23.47%), Bisabolol oxide B ( 11.31% ), Bisabolol oxide A (6.27%) and Trans - Nerolidol( 10.04% ) eet
