摘　　要：【目的】探讨E-cadherin(E-cad)表达与胃癌浸润转移的相关性。【方法】应用免疫组织化学检测32例胃癌手术标本及同一病例正常胃粘膜组织中E-cad表达水平。【结果】胃癌E-cad表达阳性率显著低于正常胃粘膜(P<0.001),E-cad表达与胃癌的分型、细胞分化程度、胃壁浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期具有明显相关性(P<0.05)。【结论】E-cad表达情况水平可作为较早期预测胃癌浸润、转移程度,评价预后的有效指标。[Objective] To study the relation between the expression of E-cadherin （E-cad） and the metastasis, the invasion of gastric carcinoma. [Methods] The expression of E-cadherin was detected hy method in 32 patients with gastric cancer and matched with normal gastric mucosa. [Results] The positive rate of E-cad expression in gastric cancer was sig-nificantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa （ P 〈 0. 001 ）, which was correlated with the type of gastric cancer, level of differentiation, depth of invasion, metastasis status of lymph node and TNM stage （ P 〈 0.05） . [Condusions] Expression level of E-cadherin may reflect the rancor invasion and metastasis and may be a potentially valuable parameter for predicting the prognosis and patient＇s condition.
