正畸牵引联合纤维桩修复前牙残根的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的评价正畸牵引联合纤维桩修复前牙残根的临床疗效。方法分别对10例断面位于龈缘下1～3mm且已行完善根管治疗的11颗患牙行正畸牵引后,应用石英纤维桩全瓷冠修复,并进行临床检查和患者满意度评价。结果经牙周、牙体牙髓等综合治疗,正畸牵引前牙残根4～8周后,残根断面向向移动达龈上1～2mm。全冠修复治疗后,修复体周龈缘健康,修复体稳固,医生对患牙治疗结果感到满意,患者的满意度高于医生。结论合理选择适应证,应用正畸和修复联合治疗的方法能使冠折达龈下的前牙取得功能与美观兼顾的疗效。Objective To discuss the clinical application of orthodontic traction and fiber post-core technique in anterior sub-gingival residuals in adults. Methods 10 cases with residual roots which were located 1 mm to 3 mm under the gingival margins. The orthodontic traction was applied followed by quartz fiber posts to restoration. Clinical effect and patients＇satisfactions were evaluated. Results The patients showed more satisfaction than doctors did. In 8 cases the margins of sub-gingival roots were moved 1 to 2 millimeters after treatments. The crown margins were concordant with those of adjacent teeth. Conclusion The muhidisciplinary therapy is an applicable choice to deal with sub-gingival roots in anterior.
