摘  要:目的:为了研究三维能量超声测定卵巢肿瘤的血流成像与微血管密度、CD146表达的关系。方法:应用三维彩色血管能量成像(3D color power angiography,3D-CPA)检测46例卵巢肿瘤血流,采用免疫组织化学技术检测卵巢肿瘤组织中CD146的表达及微血管密度(Microvessel density,MVD)的情况。结果:卵巢恶性肿瘤组血流分级明显高于良性组血流分级。卵巢恶性肿瘤MVD(42.71±8.40)/400倍视野,明显高于良性组(19.48±5.09)/400倍视野(P<0.01)。恶性组CD146表达高于良性组(P<0.01)。相关分析显示血流分级与MVD、CD146呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:3D-CPA为临床鉴别良恶性卵巢肿瘤提供了敏感的血流信息,且3D-CPA血流特性与CD146表达存在正相关,CD146过度表达与卵巢癌的进展、转移有关。Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the blood flow, microvessel density( MVD ) and expression of CD146 in ovarian tumor. Methods: Blood flow signals of ovarian carcinoma were preoperatively detected by three diamensions color power angiography(3D-CPA) in 46 patients.MVD, and expression of CD146 in tumor were assessed immunohistochemically. Results: Blood flow grade in ovarian cancer group was significantly higher than that in benign group. The expression of MVD in ovarian cancer group (42.71 ± 8.40) was significantly higher than that in benign group( 19.48 ± 5.09) (P〈0.01).And the expression of CD146 in ovarian cancer group was higher than that in benign group.Correlation analysis showed thal there was a positive correlations between blood flow grade and MVD, CD146. Conclusion: 3D-CPA provides sensitive flow information for differentiating epithelial ovarian tumors. CPA flow features corresponds to CD146 protein expression of ovarian epithelial arcinoma. High CD146 expression are related to metastatic vascular invasion and poor differentiation.
