惊恐孕鼠对子代小鼠IL-2活性的影响

摘　　要：以猫恐吓孕鼠塑造恐伤肾的自然模型，对照观察了子代成年小鼠ＩＬ－２活性。结果表明：恐吓模型组ＩＬ－２活性显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），模型反证组则低于恐吓模型组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示：“恐伤肾”使子代小鼠ＩＬ－２活性处于亢进状态，而经典补肾方药“《金匮》肾气丸”对其有一定调节作用。为中医肾为先天之本的理论提供了科学依据。UMMARY:The animal model of 'terrot leading to disorder of kidney' was made by the method of cat terroring pregnant mice. Constrastivly observed the IL-2 activity of adult filial generation mice. The mice of treated group were treated with Jinkui Shenqi Wan (pills for restoring the function of the kidney recommended by 'Synopsis of prescriptions of the Golden Chamber') after terroted. The result showed that the IL-2 activity of model group was markedly higher than that of normal group (P<0.01)and that of the treated group was lower than model group. It was suggested that terrot may lead to overactivity of activity of IL-2 and Jinkui Shenqi Wancould regulat the activity of IL-2. The result provided scientific basis for the theory of 'the kidney is the foundation of the native(born)constitution'. 
