摘 要:采用热分解法在500℃制得Ru-Ti和Ir-Ta不同组合涂层的钛阳极,通过XRD和SEM测试手段分析阳极涂层的显微形貌和相组织。结果表明:Ti/Ir-Ta/Ru-Ti的涂层物相为IrO2和金红石结构的(Ti,Ru)O2、(Ru,Ti)O2;Ti/Ru-Ti/Ir-Ta的涂层除有上述物相之外,还有锐钛矿相;Ti/Ru-Ti-Ir-Ta的涂层物相为金红石结构的(Ti,Ru,Ir)O2和(Ir,Ti,Ru)O2;钽元素以非晶态形式存在;不同尺寸离子的协调分布有助于减小晶格畸变;涂层的显微形貌具有组织外延性生长特点,Ti/Ir-Ta/Ru-Ti阳极的形貌主要表现为蜂窝状,Ti/Ru-Ti/Ir-Ta和Ti/Ru-Ti/Ir-Ta阳极的形貌主要表现为泥裂状。Titanium anodes with different combinations from Ru-Ti and Ir-Ta were prepared by thermal decomposition at 500℃. The morphologies and phase structures of the titanium anode coating were analyzed by XRD and gEM techniques. The results show that the phases of Tiflr-Ta/Ru-Ti anode coating are IrO2, rutile-type solid solution (Ti,Ru)O2 and (Ru, Ti)O2. The Ti/Ru-Ti/Ir-Ta anode coating contains anatase TiO2 besides phases hereinbefore. The phases of Ti/Ru-Ti-Ir-Ta anode coating are rutile-type solid solution (Ti,Ru,Ir)O2 and (Ir, Ti,Ru)O2. Tantalum exists in the coatings with the form of non-crystalline. The crystal lattice distortion decreases with the harmonious distribution of the different size ions. The formations of coatings possess characteristics of the structural epitaxial growth. The morphology of Ti/Ir-Ta/Ru-Ti anode is beehiveqiked structure. The morphologies of Ti/Ru-Ti/Ir-Ta and Ti/Ru-Ti/Ir-Ta anode are dry cracked-mud like.
