摘　　要：在社会主义现代化建设转型时期,高校大学教师面临着角色的重大转型。吸取传统道德之精华,强化师德、学风建设,在奖惩制度、人文环境和高校教师自身修养等方面全面推进高校道德建设。In the transformation period of socialism modernization construction, the university teachers face the important transformation of the role. It＇s necessary to absorb the essence of traditional morality and to strengthen the construction of teacher＇ sprofessional ethics and learning climate. Therefore, the construction of morality will be pushed forward in setting up the prize and punishment incentive system, improving umanistico circumstance and elevating the mind.
