对大连在东北亚区域经济合作中发展策略的思考

摘　　要：在经济全球化的国际环境和东北老工业基地振兴战略下,大连已经成为中国在东北亚地区对外开放的"窗口",具有参与东北亚区域经济发展的比较优势。但也面临着港口业发展竞争激烈、吸引外商投资环境有待改善、全球性金融危机的冲击等主要障碍。大连应采取发展临港产业、加强区港联动区功能建设、加强与东北亚国家的合作等策略,把"引进来"与"走出去"结合起来,化危机为转机。Under the environment of economic globalizafion and the strategy of revitalizing northeast old industrial base, Dalian has become China＇s opening-up window in Northeast Asia with its comparative advantage of participating in Northeast-Asia regional economy development. However, it faces some obstacles such as fierce competition in port industry, inferior environment of attracting foreign in- vestment, and the impact of global financial crisis. Hence, Dalian should take the strategies of developing port industry, and strengthening construction of jointing area between districts and port and ccopemtion with countries of Northeast Asia, etc. to coordinate the strategies of ＂attracting in＂ with ＂going out＂ and turn crisis to oppartun/ty.
