摘　　要：通过对塔河下游8次应急输水前后生态恢复情况进行的系统动态监测资料的分析、以及生态和社会环境的野外调查和试验证明,输水后塔河下游生态和社会环境均得到明显改善。Here through the analysis of ecological restoration material that monitored systemly and dynamicly pre - and post eight emergency water delivery to the Tarim Rive downstream, as well as outdoor investigation and experiment of the ecology and the social environment, proved that after the water distribution ecology and the social environment of the Tarim River downstream has improveed obviously.
