摘　　要：目的探讨双眼旋转性斜视发病病因、临床特点、治疗效果及预后。方法用同视机、双马氏杆等检查诊断双眼旋转性斜视患者10例,根据病因不同采用不同治疗方法。结果2例由颅内病变引起者转至相应科室治疗原发病;8例脑外伤引起者,4例经药物及物理保守治疗,半年后基本恢复正常双眼单视功能;3例经保守治疗半年后行双上斜肌矢状移位术;1例因种种原因未能进一步治疗。结论近年来该病发病有增多趋势,加强对该病的认识很有必要;部分患者经药物和物理等治疗可以临床治愈;双上斜肌矢状移位术也可取得令人满意效果。Objective To investigate the etiology, clinical manifestations, curative effectiveness and prognosis among patients with the bilateral excyclodeviation. Methods Ten patients with bilateral excyclodeviation were detected and measured by using synoptometer and double maddox rod test. All patients received different treatments based on different causative diseases. Results Two cases of bilateral excyclodeviation were caused by brain diseases and treated with underlying causes. Four cases out of 8 cases caused by trauma were cured by medicine combined with physical therapies. The anterior portion of the superior oblique tendon was disinserted and advanced laterally in other 3 cases. Conclusion The incidence of the cyclodeviation has increased recently. It is more serious to recognize the disease. Some patients can be cured by taking medicine combined with physical therapy,and surgery should be performed in Some cases. The superior oblique segittal transposition is an effective procedure to treat excyclotorsion.
