拓宽高师音乐专业毕业生就业渠道的策略

摘　　要：我国高校大规模扩招以后,毕业生待就业人数逐年增加。音乐专业作为高等教育中的特殊门类,就业形势更加严峻。我们只有深化高等教育改革,调整与就业市场不相适应的课程;培养"一专多能"的综合素质人才;转变就业观念,寻找新的就业领域;加强对大学生的就业与创业指导,构建完善的就业指导机构与就业信息网络才能拓宽普通高师音乐专业毕业生的就业渠道。With large-scale expansion of China＇s colleges and universities, the number of graduates in want of employment has been increased year by year. As for the graduates of music speciality, which is a special category of higher education, the employment situation is more severe. In order to broaden the employment channels of music graduates, we should deepen the reform of higher education, adjust the courses that do not meet the needs of employment markets, develop students into talents with multi-skills and comprehensive qualities, change employment concepts and look for new employment fields, strengthen employment and entrepreneurship guidance and set up perfect career guidance organizations and employment information network.
