摘　　要：变化检测是遥感应用的重要领域之一,同时也是遥感科学研究的难点问题。随着对地观测技术的不断发展,影像分辨率的逐渐提高,基于遥感影像的变化检测在理论方法和技术手段上也有了显著的进展。本文以第21届国际摄影测量与遥感大会(ISPRS)中的变化检测相关文章为主,参考相关文献,从理论模型、技术方法、应用实例及平台这三个方面介绍基于影像的变化检测研究动态。Change detection is one of primary areas for remote sensing applications. Meanwhile, it is also a critical issue in remote sensing science. Theories and methods of change detection based on remote sensing imagery have a great advance with the development of Earth observing and the imagery resolution. This paper introduces a review on key research progresses in change detection based on images, which refers to articles presented in 21st International Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Congress and related references from models, techniques and applications.
