摘 要:目的探讨MTA1及HIF-1α蛋白表达与肺癌临床病理学特征的关系,以及两种蛋白之间的相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测59例肺癌组织中MTA1及HIF-1α的表达情况。结果肺癌组织中MTA1和HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率分别为54.24%和50.85%,MTA1的表达与各种肺癌临床病理学特征未见明显相关性。HIF-1α在低分化肺癌组低于高、中分化肺癌组(P<0.05)。MTA1蛋白表达与HIF-1α表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论MTA1、HIF-1α在肺癌组织中过表达,可能是促进肺癌发生的重要因素。Objective To explore the correlation of the expressions of metastatic tumor antigen 1 (MTA1) and hypoxia-inducible-factor 1 alpha (HIF-1α) to the clinical features of lung cancer. Methods The expressions of MTA1 and HIF-1α proteins in 59 lung cancer patients were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Positive staining of MTA1 and H1F-1α was found in 54.24% and 50.85% of the patients, respectively. MTA1 expression was not found to correlated to any of the clinical parameters. HIF-1α expression was significantly lower in poorly differentiated than in moderately and well differentiated lung cancer (P〈0.05), and a positive association between the expressions of MTA1 and HIF-1α were noted (P〈0.05). Conclusion MTA1 and HIF-1α overexpression occurs in lung cancer possibly as an important factor of lung carcinogenesis. MTA1 may promote lung carcinogenesis by enhancing HIF-1α protein activity.
