S-100β和MBP在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清中的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨S-100β和MBP在不同病情程度动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清中的表达情况。方法颅内动脉瘤破裂所致的蛛网膜下腔出血患者40例,按Hunt-Hess分级分为3组,其中A组(HuntⅠ～Ⅱ级)18例,B组(HuntⅢ级)14例,C组(HuntⅣ～Ⅴ)8例。另外选取15例健康体检者作为对照组。所选患者均于入院第1天抽取空腹外周静脉血5ml,对照组抽血1次。离心取血清,采用ELISA法检测血清中S-100β和MBP的含量。结果A组患者血中MBP含量与对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05或P<0.01),S-100β含量与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05);B组、C组患者S-100β和MBP含量与对照组差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后血清S-100β和MBP含量可以监测颅内动脉瘤患者病情严重程度,预测预后情况。Objective To explore the expression of S-100β and MBP in serum in patients with aneurysmal subarach- noid hemorrhage. Methods 40 patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were divided into 3 groups by Hunt ：group A （ Hunt Ⅰ -Ⅱ , n = 18 ）, group B （ Hunt Ⅲ, n = 14） and group C （ Hunt Ⅳ- - Ⅴ, n = 8 ）. 15 heathy prsons werechosen as the control group. The S-100β and MBP of all the patients were detected. Results There was no obvious difference in MBP between group A and control group（P 〉 0.05） ,but the content of S-100β was significantly different in the two groups（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared to control group ,the content of S-100β and MBP in group B and C were also obviously different（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The detection of S-100β and MBP in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage can indicate development and prognosis..
