膀胱癌能量多普勒血流分级与微血管密度、血管内皮生长因子表达的相关性研究

摘  要:目的探讨膀胱癌内血流分级与微血管密度(MVD)计数、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性。方法采用能量多普勒(PDI)技术对膀胱癌的血流信号进行血流分级,术后采用免疫组化技术检测肿瘤MVD及VEGF的表达。结果PDI技术测定肿瘤内血流等级与MVD及VEGF表达有较好的相关性,MVD与血流等级的相关性为r=0.49,P<0.05,与VEGF表达为r=0.36,P<0.05。随着血流分级的增高MVD增高,血流分级丰富组VEGF阳性表达高于VEGF阴性表达组。结论PDI显示血流信号在组织学和生物学上与血管生成有关。PDI联合MVD及VEGF免疫组化指标可从不同角度反映膀胱癌的血管生成特征,有助于对膀胱癌血管生成和预后的评价。Objective To explore the correlation between power Doppler imaging (PDI) and microvessel density (MVD), expression of vascular endothdial growth factor (VEGF) in bladder carcinoma. Methods The blood signal of bladder carcinoma was classified by PDI, then MVD, expression of VEGF in tumor was detected immunohistochemically after operation. Results There was good correlation between PDI and MVD,VEGF, PDI and MVD ( r = 0.49, P 〈 0.05), PDI and VEGF( r = 0.36, P 〈 0.05). With increase of blood flow classify, MVD was increased, and the VEGF positive expression was higher than VEGF negative expression in blood flow abundance group. Conclusion Blood signal on PDI was closely related to angiogenesis in histology and biology. Combination of PDI and immunohistochemical parameters can reflect the features of angiogenesis at different aspect, and it is useful for evaluating the angiogenesis and prognosis of bladder carcinoma.
