摘　　要：分析了拟成果购买制和互联网的特性,结合互联网特点构建了以互联网为平台的拟成果购买制的运作模式,并对其优点进行了评价。The article analyzes characteristics of the Quasi-purchase System of Research Output （QSRO）and the internet respectively. Also it provides an internet-based QSRO operation model with the characteristics of the Internet combined and makes an evaluation on the advantages of the model accordingly.
