摘　　要：以2007年世界500强企业与中国500强企业的行业相关数据为基础,选取企业数量、平均规模和国家或地区覆盖度3个指标,建立行业规模化发展指标体系。通过对数据结果运用熵值法确定各指标权重,得出两者间的行业结构差异,分析并评价了中国产业的现状。Based on industry data of 2007 world＇s top 500 enterprises and 500 Chinese enterprises, the number of enterprises, the average scale, national or regional coverage of three indicators was selected to establish the industry＇s scale index system. The entropy method was used to analyze the data to determine the index weight. The industry structure differences were obtained. And the current state of China＇s industry was analyzed.
