摘　　要：为了解决成人教育、远程教育中图书资源的缺乏,对VPN需求情况进行了分析、研究,给出基于"IPSec overHTTPS/HTTP技术"的二合一VPN网关的原理,利用VPN技术解决了远程教育、校外学生等图书资源缺乏的问题。To resolve the lack of library resources in adult education and remote education,with analysis and research of demand for VPN,the principle of VPN that based on IPSec over HTTPS / HTTP technology is given,by using it,The problem of library resources shortage is solved which for the students in remote education and outside.
