摘　　要：为了加强电网运行管理、提高电力生产运行管理水平、缩短故障处理时间、提高供电质量,系统在一体化设计思路下利用信息技术实现了电网模型的完整描述,为输配电网运行检修和管理建立一个基于空间地理信息和专业网络模型的信息平台,实现电力生产及营配业务综合应用功能。For the sake of enhancing the operation of power grid,to improve the administrative level,to shorten the time for breakdown treatment,under the idea of integration design,to finish the complete delineation of power grid models in information technology.To set up power network for maintenance and administration on the basis of spatial geographic information and professional net model,and finally,bring about comprehensive apply function of power production and marketing vocational work.
