摘　　要：目的研究HCaRG在胃癌中的表达,探索胃癌发生的可能机制。方法采用荧光定量PCR及免疫组化技术检测16例胃癌及15例正常胃粘膜组织中HCaRG的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中HCaRGmRNA明显低于正常胃粘膜组织(P<0.05)者;免疫组化结果显示HCaRG蛋白在正常胃粘膜上皮细胞及间质细胞中明显表达,细胞核与细胞浆均有表达,而胃癌组织中无明显HCaRG蛋白表达。结论胃癌组织中HCaRG表达下调,HCaRG基因可能在胃癌的发生发展过程中表达缺失。Objective To investigate the role of HCaRG expression in the development of gastric carcinoma. Methods Real-time RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of HCaRG in 16 gastric carcinoma tissues and 15 normal gastric mucosa. Results The expression of HCaRG mRNA was lower in gastric carcinoma compared with normal gastric mucosa （P〈0.05）. Immunoreaetivity against HCaRG was mainly detected in the nuclear and cytoplasm of normal gastric mueosa gland. There was loss of HCaRG expression in gastrie eaneer cells as shown by immunohistochemistry. Coclusion The expression of HCaRG was lower in gastric carcinoma,These findings suggest the possibility that the expression of HCaRG is lost in the process of occurrence of gastric carcinogenesis.
