巴墨高校高层次人才选拔培养的做法及启示

摘　　要：随着社会对科学技术、文化教育的需求不断向高层次迈进,高层次人才的需求越来越大。高校作为高层次人才选拔培养的重要基地,负有特殊的历史使命。如何选拔培养更多更好的高层次人才,为实施人才强国战略、推进创新型国家建设加油助力,是高校目前面临的重要课题。文章作者在赴巴墨高校实地考察的基础上,介绍了巴墨高校高层次人才选拔培养的做法,分析了其对我国高校高层次人才选拔培养可资借鉴的地方,以期为改进和完善我国高校高层次人才选拔培养工作提供借鉴。The rapid development of science and technology, culture and education in our society demands more and more high-level talents. Colleges and universities shoulder the sacred responsibility of selecting and cultivating high-level talents. It is a challenge for them to foster and select talented persons to empower the nation through human resource development and to promote the construction of an innovation-oriented country. Based on the field survey in colleges and universities in Brazil and Mexico, this paper makes an introduction to the general practice of selecting and cultivating talented persons in colleges and universities in Brazil and Mexico. It attempts to provide some references for improving the selection and cultivation of the talents in Chinese colleges and universities.
