摘  要:[目的]探讨医学专科学生睡眠质量的影响因素及其相互作用方式和途径。[方法]采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、身体锻炼等级量表、睡眠卫生意识和习惯量表、大中专学生生活事件量表(CSS-LES)和自制的人口学特征量表对福建省4所高校的1602名医学专科学生进行调查。[结果]①睡眠差者占27.9%,PSQI总分为(6.24±2.44)分。②影响睡眠质量的因素主要为就业信心度、抑郁、焦虑、负性生活事件、睡觉前2h内喝≥3杯啤酒或1两以上白酒、准备上床睡觉前担心睡觉的能力、睡觉受光线干扰和睡觉受噪声干扰,OR值分别为1.422、0.112、0.461、0.613、0.031、4.702、1.347和1.709。③睡眠卫生习惯、抑郁和焦虑可直接影响睡眠质量,路径系数分别为0.236、0.170和0.309;身体锻炼和负性生活事件通过焦虑和抑郁间接影响睡眠质量,睡眠卫生意识通过身体锻炼、抑郁或焦虑后间接影响睡眠质量。[结论]医学专科学生睡眠质量需要改善,可以通过调整心理状态、提高睡眠卫生知识、培养良好睡眠卫生习惯、增加体育锻炼和减少负性生活事件来提高他们的睡眠质量。[Objective] To explore the influential factors of sleep quality in medical students and its interaction ways and styles. [Methods] A total of 1602 meidcal students in four colleges of Fujian were investigated with pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), physical exercise degree questionnaire, sleep hygiene awareness and practice, college-secondary specialized school students life events scale (CSS-LES) and selfdesigned questionnaire. [Results] ①27.9% of them had poor sleep quality, the average PSQI score was 6.24±2.44. ② The main influencing factors for sleep quality were employment confidence, depression, anxiety, negative life events, drinking ≥ 3 cups of beer or liquor over 0.05kg two hours before sleep, worried about the ability to sleep before sleep, light interference and noise interference, and their ORs were 1.422, 0.112, 0.461, 0.613, 0.031, 4.702, 1.347, and 1.709, respectively. ③ Sleep hygiene practice, depression and anxiety were the risk factor for sleep quality, and they could direct influence the quality of sleep, moreover, their path coefficients were 0.236, 0.170 and 0.309, respectively. Physical exercise and negative life events could indirectly influence sleep quality by influencing depression or anxiety. Sleep hygiene awareness also could indirectly influence sleep quality by influencing physical exercise. [Conclusion] Medical students need to improve sleep quality. The quality of sleep could be improved by adjusting mental status, improving sleep health awareness, developing good sleep hygiene habits, increasing physical exercise and reducing negative life events.
