摘 要:[目的]了解民族医学院学生的营养知识、态度和饮食行为现况及其之间的关系。[方法]采用问卷调查方法对右江民族医学院210名学生进行营养知识、态度及饮食行为调查。[结果]大学生对营养知识缺乏全面深入的了解,营养知识问答题回答正确率最低为24.76%;12.4%的学生认为营养知识对医学生来说不重要;临床专业学生的营养知识水平、营养态度比检验、口腔专业要好;普遍存在不吃早餐、3餐食量分配不合理等不良饮食行为;营养知识与饮食行为之间存在着关联性。[结论]应采取多种形式对民族医学院学生加强营养知识的宣传和饮食行为的正确引导。[Objective] To investigate the nutritional knowledge, attitudes and dietary behaviors of medical students in nationalities colleges and their relationship. [Methods] Investigation on nutritional knowledge, attitudes and dietary behaviors was carried out by questionnaires among 210 national medical students. [Results] Students lacked a better understanding of nutrition knowledge with the lowest correct rate of nutritional knowledge of 24.76% , and 12.4% of them thought the nutritional knowledge was not important for them. Students majoring in clinical had better nutritional knowledge and attitudes than students majoring in medical examination and stomatology. Most of them did not eat breakfast and had unhealthy dietary behavior, and also the food-intake was not reasonable; The nutritional knowledge had association with dietary behaviors. [Conclusion] Various interventions should be taken to make the national medical students know more nutrition knowledge and take healthy dietary behaviors.
