临床医学生实习期间压力源量表的编制及应用

摘　　要：[目的]编制临床医学生实习期间压力源量表,评定医学生实习期间的心理压力感现状。[方法]在开放式采访调查和文献综述的基础上,编制医学生实习期间心理压力感问卷,并对河北省两所医学院153名学生进行施测。主要运用相关分析与主成分分析方法进行统计学处理。[结果]临床医学生实习期间心理压力感可归并为人际关系压力、工作负荷压力、知识与技能压力、考试与就业压力、医疗条件压力、面对病人情况等6个维度,全量表的内部一致性系数和分半系数分别为0.905和0.860。[结论]临床医学生实习期间压力源量表具有较好的信度、效度,适合于个体鉴别。[Objective] To develop stressor scale for medical students during their internship, and to evaluate the psychological stress. [Methods] Based on relevant literatures and open investigation, investigation for psychological stress among medical students during internship was designed, 153 students in two medical colleges in Hebei were investigated. Data was analyzed by correlation analysis and principal component analysis. [Results] 6 dimensions were involved in the medical students’ psychological stress during the clinical internship, including interpersonal relationship, workload, knowledge and skill, examination and employment, medical conditions, and interview with patients and so on. The internal consistency coefficient of total scale and half split coefficient were 0.905 and 0.860, respectively. [Conclusion] Reliability and validity of the Stressor Scale had reliability and validity, which was suitable for individual distinguish.
