摘 要:为防治油茶炭疽病,采用组织分离法从油茶炭疽病叶、病果中分离到病原菌,经柯赫法则验证是油茶炭疽病病原菌,根据其形态特征鉴定为胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides;采集油茶健康叶,通过分离筛选,共获得对油茶炭疽病菌具有较强拮抗作用的真菌3株,编号为C5、S2、H18,它们在PAD平板上对油茶炭疽病菌的抑制率分别为60.7%、60.0%、58.0%。In order to prevent and control oil-tea anthracnose, pathogen strain was isolated from the leaves and fruits infected by oil-tea anthracnose. According to the Kohn's rule and morphological characteristics, the strain was pathogen of oil-tea anthracnose, and it was identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Three strains of fungi with strong antagonistic action to C. gloeosporioides were obtained from oil-tea leaves collected through isolation and screening, the NO. of which were C5 ,S2,H18, respectively. The inhibition rates of three strains against C. gloeosporioides were 60. 7 %, 60.0% and 58.0%, respectively.
