电大系统学校教师队伍建设现状分析及对策思考

摘　　要：我国已进入高等教育大众化阶段,要适应高等教育大众的社会需求,如何建设一支适应办学需要和办学特点的教师队伍,是一个不可回避的现实问题。本文仅对电大系统教师队伍现状进行分析,并就在高等教育大众阶段加强我校教师队伍建设的应对之策谈点粗浅看法,希望能对学校的师资队伍建设起到一定的推动作用。Our country＇s higher education has already step into popularity. In order to adapt to social requirement, we should focus on the problem of how to construct a group of teacher which suit to educational requirement and characteristics. The paper analyzes the situation of the teacher groups in Radio ＆ TV Universities, and proposes some views on the way to strengthen their construction.I hope there are some impetus on the paper.
