摘　　要：卢梭的《社会契约论》蕴含着大量的民主政治思想,在其提出并论证社会契约、人民主权和政治体制的过程中,还可以探究出卢梭关于选举制度的相关思想,本文结合卢梭在书中的论述试提炼其选举、多数原则、选举原则的思想以及其认识在近现代政治社会中的局限性。Rousseau＇s Social Contract contains much thoughts about democracy.In the course he proposing and elaborating social contract, human sovereignty and political system,he also have written some opinion about election system. The paper combining with his elaboration and refining the thoughts on principles of majority and election, as well as his cognition＇s limitations on modem political society.
