摘　　要：在高校体育教学过程中,笔者一直围绕着如何提高教学质量和培养学生能力展开教学,经过几年教学实践,总结出一套行之有效的教学经验。本文旨在为同行提供借鉴,提高高校体育课教学水平。During the PE teaching at colleges and universities, the author has been concentrates on how to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate student＇s ability to teach. After several years teaching practise, I summed up a set of effective teaching experience. This article aims to provide peer-to learn to improve the standard of teaching in physical education at colleges and universities.
