摘 要:为了解汞对厌氧颗粒污泥的毒性,在实验室条件下,采用史氏发酵法考察了不同Hg2+浓度对厌氧颗粒污泥产甲烷活性的抑制与恢复作用,并测定了不同Hg2+浓度下厌氧颗粒污泥中辅酶F420以及胞外多聚物(EPS)的含量。结果表明,不同浓度的Hg2+对厌氧颗粒污泥的产甲烷活性有不同程度的抑制;Hg2+浓度越高,抑制程度越大;这种抑制效应可在一定程度内得到恢复。当Hg2+的质量浓度小于50 mg/L时,厌氧颗粒污泥的活性较易恢复;而当Hg2+的质量浓度为100 mg/L时,厌氧污泥的活性可大部分得到恢复;当Hg2+的质量浓度为300 mg/L时,Hg2+会对厌氧污泥产生不可逆转的毒性抑制。可见厌氧颗粒污泥对含Hg2+的质量浓度小于50 mg/L的废水有一定的耐受性。Hg2+对厌氧颗粒污泥中辅酶F420及EPS的含量也有显著的影响,高浓度的Hg2+会使二者的含量大幅度地下降。In order to understand the toxicity of mercury on anaerobic granular sludge, the inhibition and rejuvenation effects of different mercury ion(Hg^2+) concentrations on methanogenic activity of the anaerobic granular sludge was investigated using Smith fermentation method under laboratory condition, in addition, the mass concentration of coenzyme F420 and extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) in anaerobic granular sludge under different Hg^2+ concentration were determined. The results showed that, the higher the concentration of Hg^2+ was, the greater the inhibition ability of it on methanogenic activity of the anaerobic granular sludge would be, and the inhibition effect could be rejuvenated in certain degree. When the mass concentration of Hg^2+ was lower than 50mg/ L, the activity of the anaerobic granular sludge could be easily rejuvenated, when the its mass concentration was 100mg/L, the activity could be mostly rejuvenated. When the mass concentration was 300mg/L, the Hg^2+ would make an irreversible toxic inhibition on the anaerobic granular sludge. It was indicated that, the anaerobic granular sludge activity was tolerant to the wastewater whose Hg^2+ concentration was lower than 50 mg/L. Hg^2+ also had a prominent influence on the content of coenzyme F420 and EPS in anaerobic granular sludge, high Hg^2+ concentration would cause the content of the above two declined significantly.
