摘 要:参与农民工培训的相关主体包括农民工本人、培训机构和中介机构、政府、用工企业和社会组织。目前的农民工培训工作仍然存在政府工作不到位,企业积极性不高,工会桥梁作用不明显,职业中介机构不规范等问题。建议提高认识,系统优化农民工职业培训的法制与政策环境;加强政府的统筹安排和协调,加大培训投入力度;制定农民工培训计划,提高培训质量。Relative subjects of rural labourers training include rural labourers themselves, training institutes and agency, government, enterprises and social organization. Nowadays, there exist many problems in rural labourer training including government doesn't carry out work thoroughly, enterprises don't have high positivity, the role of labour union isn't obvious and professional intermediate agency isn't regulated. The suggestions are: enhancing recognition and optimizing legal and policy environment for vocational training of rural labourers; strengthening planning and harmonization of government and enlarging investment; making training plan and enhancing training quality.
