摘 要:奥里油是我国目前大量进口的一种新型燃油,由大型油轮从委内瑞拉海运至中国湛江港口。文章以其在运输过程中可能发生的溢油事故为研究对象,对奥里油在水体中的漂移扩散过程进行了数值模拟以及相关实验。考虑到溢油扩散主要是受油品本身的性质(油类、油量、密度、黏度等)以及水流、风速的影响,文章尝试采用计算流体力学FLUENT软件中的VOF模型进行扩散模拟,以水槽溢油实验为模型建立基础,对三维无风速情况下进行气-油-水三相模拟,根据模拟得到的溢油扩散相图与实验所观察的溢油扩散轨迹比较可得出:FLUENT软件中的VOF模型能很好的模拟奥里油溢油扩散运动的情况,其结果与实验观察结果非常吻合。Orimulison as a new type of fuel was imported into China by large scale oil tanker from Venezuela to Zhenjiang Port. Based on the possibility of oil spill in the process of sea transportation, the excursion diffusion process was simulated with the help of numerical methods. VOF mathematical model of a computational fluid dynamics software-FLUENT were used for simulation of diffusion of oil spill which was mainly impacted by oil itself including type, quantity, density and viscosity as well as water flow and wind speed. Comparing the diffusion phase simulated by FLUENT with the track of oil spill observed in experiment, it was concluded that for the spread and transport of Orimulison spill in water, VOF model of FLUENT was good at simulating oil diffusion, with simulation results in good agreement with experiment observation.
