摘  要:提出一种新型的基于夹心换能器驱动的二自由度球型电动机,该电动机定子结构采用两对空间位置正交的夹心换能器,每对换能器驱动电机球形转子一个自由度的正反两个方向运动,换能器之间由一个支架连接,相互正交,支架连接换能器的位置在换能器一阶纵向振动的节面,从而消除了两个换能器之间的耦合,保证各换能器独立工作。该电动机的最大输出力矩为0.45 N.m,转速为12 r/min,实际工作频率为33.3 kHz,与设计相吻合。A new transducer-type spherical ultrasonic motor with two degrees of freedom was brought forth. The stator of motor was composed of two pairs of orthogonal sandwich transducers. The backward and forward motion of the spherical rotor on one degree of freedom was driven by each pair sandwich transducers to get fast drive with a large moment. The transducers were connected by a steadier. The steadier was assembled on the first order longitudinal vibration nodal surface of transducer to avoid the coupling of the two transducers. The output moment of the prototype was 0.45 N · m and the running speed was 12 r/min as the working frequency was 33.3 kHz which was coincided with the principle.
