摘  要:选择两个微胚乳超高油玉米组合0410×1155和0417×1025,通过P1、F1、P2、B1、B2和F26个世代联合分析法,研究分析了几个产量性状的遗传规律。结果表明,两个组合穗长的遗传都符合多基因遗传模型。0410×1155单穗粒重和百粒重的遗传符合多基因遗传模型;穗粗的遗传符合1对主基因+多基因遗传模型;穗秃尖的遗传符合2对主基因+多基因遗传模型。0417×1025穗粗的遗传符合多基因遗传模型;单穗粒重和穗秃尖的遗传符合1对主基因+多基因遗传模型;百粒重的遗传符合2对主基因+多基因遗传模型。Two crosses(0410 × 1155 and 0417 × 1025) were used for the study of inheritance model of several yield traits in micro-endosperm super-high oil corn. Combination analysis of six generations showed that the inheritance of ear length in two crosses fitted the model of polygenes. In cross 0410 × 1155, the inheritance of kernel weight per ear and 100-kernel weight fitted the model of polygenes. The inheritance of ear diameter fitted the model of one major gene plus polygenes, the inheritance of length of bald tip fitted the model of two major genes plus polygenes. In cross 0417 × 1025, the inheritance of ear diameter fitted the he model of polygenes, the inheritance of kernel weight per ear and length of bald tip fitted the model of one major gene plus polygenes, the inheritance of 100-kernel weight fitted model of two major genes plus polygenes.
