摘 要:运用ADR(非诉讼纠纷解决方式)解决民事纠纷已成为当代世界各国的普遍趋势。我国医疗领域正处在一个医患矛盾比较尖锐、医患冲突比较激烈的特殊时期,突出地表现为医疗纠纷频发、多发(暴力事件时有发生)。医患冲突加剧的原因极为复杂,其中,医疗纠纷非诉讼解决机制匮乏是其根本原因之一。医患和谐是社会和谐的重要组成部分,唯有建立和完善多元化非诉讼纠纷解决机制,医患双方才能最终从冲突走向和谐。The application of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has become universal to resolve civil disputes around the world. China is facing a special period of sharp contradiction and intense conflict between doctors and patients, especially displayed as frequent medical disputes. There have many reasons, but lack of non - litigious medical dispute resolution mechanism should be fundamental one. Only by establishing and improving multiple nonlitigious dispute resolution mechanism, can harmonious relationship between doctors and oatients finally be developed.
