青岛市高血压社区防治现况分析

摘　　要：目的:青岛市在保险模式从"疾病保险"到"健康保险"的转变过程中积累了许多经验,文章旨在了解青岛市高血压纳入社区管理后的发展现状。方法:分析青岛市医疗保险管理中心关于高血压社区综合管理与防治的各项规章制度,以及纳入社区管理后的高血压患者2006、2007与2008年1月到10月的就诊和医疗费花费情况。结果:高血压纳入社区管理符合其疾病特征并降低了参保人的负担,取得了一定成效,同时也存在一些问题。结论:总结经验,吸取教训,制定相关政策,才能更好地促进高血压在社区的综合防治。Objective： To study the current situation of hypertension prevention and control in community of Qingdao after being integrated into community management during the transition from ＂disease insurance＂ to ＂health care insurance＂. Methods：The various related regulations and system from Health Insurance Centre of Qingdao, and patients＇ medical expense in 2006, 2007 and 2008 were analyzed. Results： It conforms to the character of the disease and lightens the burden of the beneficiaries to integrate hypertension into community, from which some achievement have been obtained, meanwhile several problems still exist. Conclusion： By summarizing experi- ences and drawing lessons, the integrated prevention and control system of hypertension in eommtmity can be improved.
